All About Cast Iron
I absolutely love my 8 inch cast iron pan that was passed down to me from my mom. One benefit of cast iron pans is that they literally last forever and can be re-seasoned over and over again. Not only does this pan heat and cook more evenly, but it also has the added bonus of fortifying your food with a bit of iron.
